Here I'm using a PCB engraving bit purchased from ebay, this one is a 90° tool which is great for 45° chamfers. I'm stepping down and over 0.025". Chamfered edges are a great finishing touch to a milled part, make it look real pro! Especially on more complex designs, this part is pretty simple.
