Here I'm turning, drilling and parting a 0.5x1.9" nema23 motor standoff for the lathe conversion kits. Turning and parting went easily but drilling 13/64" for 1.98" deep is very tricky! Even with flood coolant the chips load up on the drill bit and get gummed up inside there, either stalling the Z motor or stalling the spindle.
