Second set of aluminum handles for the Manix Media

The second set turned out even better, I cleaned up the code a little bit so that they machined faster and smoother. I figured out that drilling a hole then using the 90° mill/drill to do a deep chamfer made it chatter, but using the mill/drill first, then drilling the hole made for no chatter at all.
