SPECWARS Special Run.
Emerson Knives started in 1997. And the first knife models we introduced were called the Ravens. The second knife models that we introduced were the SPECWAR models. The SPECWAR knife featured both an, “A,” and a, “B,” blade. And now for you we are reintroducing a special of SPECWAR knives in the, “A,” blade configuration for this unique and very special run.
Now, I've always said that a good design is timeless, whether it's a knife, a hammer, or a car. And I've got a 67 Chevy Camaro, that's one of the nicest cars I've ever owned. And to me that proves my theory true. And this run of the Emerson SPECWARs A's proves it true also.
Ground on both sides in our V configuration, these spear point shaped blades are set in the most ergonomic handle design of its time that defined the term that became known throughout the cutlery industry world as, “Emerson Ergonomics.” These handles are built of black G-10 that are both radius and grooved – something that we've never done on any of our knives before, which makes this run really special. And it has dressed this baby to the nines. So if you're looking for something that is timeless and one of the foundation knives of the tactical genre, this SPECWAR retro refit is made just for you. This run is going to sell out in a hurry, so be sure to get one while they last.
