Like Father, Like Son | Making a Demko Custom, Pt. 2 (feat. Andrew & Andrew Jr.) Media

Andrew and Junior continue working on their Demko Knives custom knife. In this video, they get the grinds completed, the buffing and prep work finished, and they decide on their preferred acid-etch process. This etching process makes the different material layers more visible in the Damascus steel. Because this specific steel recipe is a new venture for Andrew, and because some recipes can vary, the etching method is a trial-and-error process.
