Putting the final hone on the edge of a Many Waters 16” with our Arizona Copper finish and Carbon Fiber handle. I’ve been sharpening for a couple of decades now, and slow but steady is key for the big blades. That’s a long, long edge and a lot of opportunities to screw it up or make it look like ????.
