Let's Go Mushroom Foraging in Northern Arizona Media

Made a trip up to Flagstaff this weekend with the family to forage for lobster mushrooms. These delicious little delicacies only grow wild in Arizona part of the year, but they were flourishing this season thanks to the solid monsoon rains we’ve had so far. Great sautéed in garlic butter. ????
