How to Clean IKBS™ Media

IKBS™ inventor and CRKT Designer Flavio Ikoma demonstrates how to clean the IKBS™ ball bearing pivot system.
Items needed:
1. Toothpicks
2. Paper towels
3. Paint thinner (optional)
4. Grease for bearings
5. Torx Screwdriver
Cleaning the Ikoma Korth Bearing System (IKBS™):
1. Disassemble the knife
2. Use a toothpick to remove IKBS ball bearings onto paper towel
3 Clean IKBS bearing channels
4. Clean IKBS ball bearings with paper towel
5. Regrease IKBS bearing channel
6. Return IKBS balls to bearing channel.
7. Reassemble the knife
**You will want to use blue Loctite on the knife frame screws to avoid losing the screws over time.
