Now before too many of you get your panty's in a bunch: I'm not saying there shouldn't be a mechanism for helping those who genuinely can't help themselves. I'm saying the government-run program is wrong, as is the way it's conducted. Altruism should never be a forced/coerced agenda, but rather the willfully looking after one's neighbor by the individual.
