Tormach 1100MX Un-Crate & Set Up In Tight Space Media
Published: 3 years ago
This video is about opening all the crates and moving this Tormach 1100MX past all my other machines into a tight spot in the back of my shop. Getting is set up and nearly ready for use.
I am still waiting on the Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) for this machine to come in as well as the Path Pilot console. That did not stop me from getting it nearly set up.
I moved this Tormach 1100MX into position with an engine hoist, set up the base, the Automatic Oiler, the Flood Coolant system, the Skimpy Oil Skimmer, the Air System and got the Chip Pans all in place.
Tormach Instructions for the Skimpy Oil Skimmer Install - I need to add the clamps and screws for the bucket, assume it will try to float in the coolant when I fill it. https://tormach.com/media/asset/t/d/td10583_oil_skimmer_m-mx_mills_0919a.pdf
The next video will show the installation of the Automatic Tool Changer, the Path Pilot Console and the full assembly of the enclosure.
Thanks for watching!
