Tormach 1100MX Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) Install & Full Enclosure Build + First PathPilot Boot! Media
Published: 3 years ago
This is the final build out of my new Tormach 1100MX CNC Mill. In this video I go through installation and set up of the ATC and show the full build out of the enclosure including the installation of the PathPilot Operator Console.
If you have a new Tormach 1100MX on order, or if you purchased their Tormach 39289 Automatic Tool Changer this is a great video to see the full installation and assembly. If you have the optional Tormach 50440 PathPilot operators console, this shows the full installation and assembly of that unit. I also show the full process of building the enclosure, start to finish. The video is in 20x speed with narration over top to touch on the key points, challenges etc. with the build.
To seal the enclosure I used Sikaflex 1a. The Limestone color is almost a perfect match to the white on the machine and the Dark Bronze color is a great match to the grey parts of the machine.
If you are considering buying, or already purchased a new Tormach 1100MX I hope this video helps with your installation and set up.
Thanks for watching!
