- 2-4 teaspoons packed brown sugar (start with less and add more depending on sweet preference)
- 1 tablespoon non-dairy salted butter
- splash pure vanilla extract
- a splash of cinnamon simple syrup
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- 1 dash of nutmeg
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 ounces light or dark rum
- 4 ounces hot water
- top with coconut whipped cream and more cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick, for garnish
