Chunky Zucchini Toast with Whipped Herby Feta Media

What you need:

✔️ 5-6 small zucchini (or 3 medium)
✔️ 4 thick slices sourdough bread
✔️ Whipped herby feta
✔️ Hot honey & fresh herbs for drizzling
✔️ Lemon juice & flaky sea salt

How to make it:
1. Brush zucchini and bread with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.
2. Grill zucchini 3-5 mins on each side, bread for 1-2 mins per side until charred.
3. Drizzle zucchini with lemon juice, slice into chunks.
4. Spread whipped feta on bread, top with zucchini, drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
