INGREDIENTS:
1.5lbs bacon
1lb breakfast sausage
1 diced yellow onion
6-8 diced red potatoes
12-14 eggs
Salt and pepper
16oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/4 cup chives
12-14 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Cook the bacon first, REMOVE, cook sausage, REMOVE, cook onion and potatoes, REMOVE, and finally eggs. The reason for removing everything is to prevent all of it from mixing together while it cooks. This helps keep the flavors separate and distinct.
-Throw everything back in and add cheese and chives. Season to taste. Enjoy!
