Strawberry Ganache Poppers Media

Chocolate Ganache:
2 4oz bars of 60% cocoa @ghirardelli chocolate
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Chop up chocolate into pieces and heat up heavy whipping cream to a simmer. Pour cream into chocolate and stir until combined and melty
Shaping:
Us a silicone mold to shape the ganache into a ball and freeze for at least 1 hour. Be sure to spray the mold with non-stick spray
For the dough, I just used my pizza dough (recipe pinned to my reels) but you can use any kind of store-bought dough
Once strawberries are chopped and chocolate is frozen, roll out dough into 6 square pieces and do a layer of strawberries, then ganache, and enclose inside the dough.
Heat up peanut oil in the all-in-one cast iron grill to 350-375°F and fry poppers until golden brown. Garnish with more chocolate and strawberries and enjoy!
