How To Master a Dutch Baby Pancake on Cast Iron Media

Mastering the art of the Dutch Baby: part pancake, part soufflé, 100% cast iron magic ????✨
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup all purpose
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp salted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 F to warm your cast-iron skillet.
- While your skillet is warming up, add your eggs, flour, milk, vanilla and salt into your bowl or blender. Blend for about 4 minutes or until light and smooth.
- Verty carefully remove the skillet from the oven and place on the hot pad. Add your butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Once the butter is fully melted and bubbly, pour your batter into the skillet and place in the oven.
- Bake your pancake for 20-25 minutes at 425 F. It will rise quite a bit while baking but it will reduce once taken out. Your pancake is finished baking once it is golden brown.
- After you remove your skillet from the oven, top with desired toppings, cut and then serve. enjoy!
