Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble Media

Ingredients:
Filling:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup rhubarb, chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Crumble Topping:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into the 6-inch cast iron skillet.
3. Make Crumble Topping: In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold, diced butter and use your fingers or a fork to mix until the topping resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Assemble: Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit filling in the skillet.
5. Bake: Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
