Ingredients
???? CINNAMON DOLCE SYRUP (Enough for 2 lattes):
1. 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2. 1/2 Cup water
3. 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
4. 1/4 Cup brown sugar
5. Pinch of salt
6. 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
7. 4 Oz hot espresso, divided
8. 4 Cup milk of choice
9. 2 Tbsp whipped cream for topping, optional
10. 1 Pinch ground cinnamon and 1 cinnamon stick for garnish, optional

1. In a kettle or saucepan, combine water, vanilla, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes until you have a luscious syrup.
3. Add milk directly to the kettle or pan and bring it back to a gentle simmer.
4. Into a heat-proof mug, pour 2 ounces of hot espresso.
5. Pour the cinnamon-infused milk over the espresso.
6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick as a garnish.
